Hello, my name is Steve M Nash and I’ve been carefully curating inspirational quotes and words of wisdom since 2008. Ever since I decided to create my guru-free self-help site, SelfHelpCollective.com (a Solo BuildIt-inspired project).
From that point onwards, I’ve let the wisdom of others guide my writings, my videos and my online courses. I even self-published TWO books on Amazon (book #1 and book #2), containing what I consider to be the “best of the best” of these quotes.
Because the wisdom of others can point to the wisdom within.
It’s those quotes that form the basis for the Daily Delight newsletter – a newsletter that I hope will delight, inspire and guide you to BE the change you want to see in the world…

WHAT YOU’LL GET
Quite simply, you’ll get daily weekday quotes and words of wisdom sent to your email inbox.
Quick-to-read emails, loosely organised in the following categories:
- Profound quotes
- Quotes to pause you
- Spiritual quotes, and more
There may even be ‘wisdom’ you might disagree with.
Also, you’ll receive regular updates on new blog posts, and other things I’m working on.
WHAT SUBSCRIBERS SAY
Here is a small sample of feedback from subscribers about the words I’ve shared since 2008:
“We have such bad Karma at the moment… but your words do inspire me so” – D.C. [2018]
“thank you once again for your wonderful contribution to all of us who need a little help now and then.” – Linda K. [2012]
“Here’s a compliment for you: I love the feeling that I get when I read your stuff. ” – Kay Neal [2017]
“I love these little quotes you send every week!” – Mimi [2008]
NO “TRITE QUOTES”
Inspirational quotes are bloomin’ everywhere these days. Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, everwhere. Which is all well and good, but…
- Where is the wisdom?
- Why are the quotes so dull?
- And why do some words inspire victimhood?
These quotes are what I call “trite quotes” – a kind of inspirational “junk food”. I’ve done my best to avoid including them in the Daily Delight.
Whether I’ve succeeded or not, I’ll let you decide…
